ISLAMOFOBEN: fitna the movie

Bloggens syfte

Demografin i islams tjänst

Permissible Lying (Iham - Taqiyya - Kitman) UNDER BEARBETNING!!!

Några citat ur shariamanualen Umdat al-Salik; "Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. ... " och "it is permissable to lie if attaining the goal is permissable, and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory" (The Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994. s.745). I sin klassiska exeges säger Al-Tabari (en av de främsta) i sin tafsir beträffande sura 3:28 (3.27 i Zettersténs svenska övers.); "If you [Muslims] are under their [infidels'] authority, fearing for yourselves, behave loyally to them, with your tongue, while harboring inner animosity for them. … Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or on intimate terms with the infidels in place of believers — except when infidels are above them [in authority]. In such a scenario, let them act friendly towards them.", Den inom islamisk teologi framstående och ofta åberopade Al Ghazzali (1059-1111) compiled the command of the Taqiyya as follows: “Know this, that lying in itself is not wrong. If a lie is the only way to a good result, then it is permitted. Therefore, we must lie if the truth leads to an unacceptable result.”. Ayatollah Khomeini in an address from the year 2004 to his brethren in the faith:“Deception, subterfuge, conspiracy, fraud, thievery and murder are nothing but means for Allah’s business!”.

Islam omöjlig att revidera utan att förneka gud. Bida - förbud mot innovation i religionen. UNDER B

( ) , " ... the only form of innovation that is without exception misguidance is that concerning tenets of faith, like the innovations of the Mutazilites, Qadarites, Murjiites, and so on, that contradicted the beliefs of the early Muslims. This is the innovation of misguidance because it is harmful and devoid of benefit." (The Concept of Bid'a in the Islamic Shari'a, Nuh Ha Mim Keller, 1995) ( http://www.masud.co.uk/ISLAM/nuh/bida.htm )

Moderation in religion the islamic way

"... Moderation in religion means that one does not exaggerate and go beyond the limit set by Allaah, and that one does not neglect it and fall short of the limit set by Allaah. Moderation in religion means following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Exaggeration means trying to do more than he did, and negligence means not reaching that level..."

Vad islams heliga skrifter behandlar

"A huge problem with reformation is the amount of political doctrine. Aboust two thirds of the Koran of Mecca deals with condemning unbelievers to Hell for merely disagreeing with Mohammed. Over half of the Koran of Medina deals with hypocrates and jihad against the unbelievers. Nearly 75% of the Sira deals with jihad. About 20% of the hadith by Bukhari is about jihad. Politics is the majority of the doctrine and it is all violent." (Mohammed, Allah and the Jews. The Foundational Doctrine. Center For the Study of Political Islam, CSPI Publishing, 2006, s.246)

The Harbi

The London-based Arabic language daily Asharq Al-Awsat interviewed Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi on July 19, 2003, where he said: "It has been determined by Islamic law that the blood and property of people of Dar Al-Harb [the Domain of Disbelief where the battle for the domination of Islam should be waged] is not protected.", Also, in an interview conducted in July 2003 by the Egyptian newspaper Al-Haqiqa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Gomaa said:"...it is permitted to kill him, because he is a Harbi and the Harbi spreads corruption throughout the face of the earth.",

They are one community (umma) to the exclusion of all man" , "A believer shall no slay a believer for the sake of an unbeliever, nor shall he aid an unbeliever against a believer... Believers are friends one to the other to the exclusion of outsiders...." (Ibn IShaq; The Life of Muhammad/Sirat Rasul Allah, Oxford University Press, 2006, s.232)

Islam och den sekulära staten

"Secularism may be accepted in a Christian society but it can never enjoy a general acceptance in an Islamic society. The New Testament itself divides life into two parts: one for God, or religion, the other for Caesar, or the state: "Render unto Caesar things which belong to Caesar, and render unto God things which belong to God" (Matthew 22:21). As such, a Christian could accept secularism without any qualms of conscience." och "For Muslim societies, the acceptance of secularism means something totally different. Since Islam is a comprehensive system of `Ibadah (worship) and Shari`ah (legislation), the acceptance of secularism means abandonment of Shari`ah, a denial of the Divine guidance and a rejection of Allah´sinjunctions." Islamic Conference deklaration om mänskliga rättigheter i muslimska stater

Ulema´s View on Western Human Rights Organizations ?

".. they also play other roles, and support other principles which are aimed at destroying the family, and opening the door to slander against Islam and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and all his fellow-Prophets. They are opposed to the rule of sharee´ah which enjoins hadd punishments such as stoning for the adulterer, execution for the apostate and cutting off the hand for the thief, becoming part of legislation and being implemented ...", "To sum up what these organizations promote: it is that man should be able to do whatever he wants, no matter how perverse. They support lesbians, homosexuals and bisexuals, and religious deviance. They regard it as a human right to disbelieve in whatever religions one wants and to express one´s opinion (even about the Prophets) without any fear or shame, and they also support the liberation of woman from the control of her father, husband or religion."

(M. Ali Kettani "The Problems of Muslim Minorities and their Solutions" in Muslim Communities in Non-Muslim States, utgivet av Islamic Council of Europe. 1980. s.96-105)

The Peaceful Revolutionaries-Islamization by Penetrating the System

"While they do not officially advocate the use of violence in the West (although they do so in Iraq and the Palestinian territories), it can be argued that these revivalist groups pose a challenge more insidious than that of other Islamists who openly challenge Western governments and values. Thanks to their public words of moderation, they often manage to establish preferential relationships with European elites. In some cases, they are even seen as partners in European governments' fight against radicalization. The legitimization and power they acquire through these government endorsements allow them to augment their status within the Muslim community and, hence, their ability to radicalize it". (by Lorenzo Vidino,"The Tripartite Threat of Radical Islam to Europe", winter 2007 • volume I: number 3. The Jewish Policy Center).

Islamist reformism - creeping sharia

"Once the community is well organised, its leaders should strive to seek recognition of Muslims as a religious community having its own characteristics by the authorities. Once recognised, the community should continue to request the same rights the other religious communities enjoy in the country. Eventually the community may seek to gain political rights as a constituent community of the nation. Once these rights are obtained then the community should seek to generalise its characteristics to the entire nation." ett yttrande från ett seminarium organiserat av Islamic Council of Europe i London 1978 (M.Ali.Kettani. Problems of Muslim Minorities and Their Solutions" in Muslim Communities in Non-Muslim States. (London, Islamic Council of Europe, 1980, s. 96-105; from Barnabas Fund 11 August 2005))

"4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:

"The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand thar their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from whithin and "sabotaging" is miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God´s religion is made victorius over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslims duty to perform Jihad and work wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal."

(sura 4:91) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 4:91)

(sura 3:114) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 3:118)

(sura 4:143) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 4:143)

(sura 2:187) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:191)

“We smote them and they scattered. The impious met death. They became fuel for Hell. All who aren’t Muslims must go there. It will consume them while the Stoker [Allah] increases the heat. They had called Allah’s Apostle a liar. They claimed, ‘You are nothing but a sorcerer.’ So Allah destroyed them.” (Ishaq:344).

(sura 2:60) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:65)

(sura 4:158-159) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura )

(sura 9:30) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 9:30)

"Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews". (Sahih Muslim 41:6985)

"Kill any Jews that fall into your power" said the Prophet: (Ibn Ishaq; s.369)

"The physical elimination of the Medina Jews was accompanied by Islam´s growing break with its jewish origins... they became his staunchest critics, highlighting the gaps and inconsticensies of the Qur´an and its misrepresentation of the Old Testament stories. The embittered Muhammad began to cast the Jews in his revelations as devious and treacherous people, who had persecuted past prophets and falsified the Holy scriptures." (Efraim Karsh. Islamic Imperialism a History. Yale University Press. 2007, s.15

(sura 9:124) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 9:123)

"Allah's Apostle was asked, 'What is the best deed?' He replied, 'To believe in Allah and His Apostle' (Muhammad). The questioner then asked, 'What is the next (in goodness)?' He replied, 'To participate in Jihad (religious fighting) in Allah's Cause'..." (Sahih Bukhari 2:25).

"Allah's Apostle said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform a that, then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah." (Sahih Bukhari 2:24)

"Allah's Apostle said, 'I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.'" (Sahih Bukhari 8:387)

"I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Mohammed is the messenger of Allah..." (Sahih Muslim 1:33)

"When you meet your enemies who are polytheists [Christians...], invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and withhold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them ... If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them" (Sahih Muslim 19:4294)

“Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion." (Ishaq 327)

"Then the apostle sent Khalid bin Walid… to the Banu al-Harith and ordered him to invite them to Islam three days before he attacked them. If they accepted then he was to accept it from them, and if they declined he was to fight them. So Khalid set out and came to them, and sent out riders in all directions inviting the people to Islam, saying, “If you accept Islam you will be safe.” So the men accepted Islam as they were invited." (ibn Ishaq 959)

"Jihad is a precept of Divine institution. Its performance by cetain individuals may dispense others from it. We Malikis maintain that it is prefeable not to begin hostilities with the enemy before having invited the latter to embrace the religion of Allah excepts where the enemy attacks first. They have the alternative of either converting to Islam or paying the poll tax (Jizyia), short of which war will be declared against them" (Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani, Maliki jurist).

"Sincelawful warfare is essentially jihad and since its aim is that the religion is Gods´s entirely and God´s word is uppermost, therefore according to all Muslims, those who stand in the way of this aim must be fought. As for those who cannot offer resistance or cannot fight, such as women, children, monks, old people, the blind, handicapped and their likes, they shall not be killed unless they actually fight with words and acts" (Ibn Taymiyyah, Hanbali jurist)

"It is not lawful to make war upon any peolple who have never before been called to the faith, without previously requiring them to embrace it, because the Prophet so instructed his commanders, directing them to call the infidels to the faith, and also because the people will hence perceive that they are attacked for the sake of religion, and not for the sake of their property, or making slaves of their children, and on this consideration it is possible that they may be induced to agree to the call, in order to save themselves from the troubles of war.... If the infidels, upon receiving the call, neither consent to it nor agree to pay capitation tax, it is then incumbent on the Muslims to call upon God for assistence, and to make war upon them, because God is the assistant of those who serve Him, and the destroyer of His enemies, the infidels, and it is necessary to implore His aid upon every occasion; the Prophet, moreover, commands us to do". (From primarily the Hanafi school, as given in the Hidayah of Shaikh Burhannudin Ali of Marghinan).

"The mushrikun (infidels) of Dar al-Harb are of two types: First those whom the call of Islam had reached, but they have refused it and have taken up arms. The amir of the army has the option of fighting them ... in accordance with what he judges to be in the best interest of the Muslims and most harmful to the mushrikun ... Second, those whom the invitation to Islam has not reached, although such persons are few nowadays since Allah had made manifest the call of his Messanger ... it is forbidden to ... begin an attack before explaining the invitation to Islam to them, informing them of the miracles of the Prophet and making plain the proofess as to encourage acceptance on their part; if they still refuse to accept after this, war is waged against them and they are treated as those whom the call has reached." (Al-Mawardi, Shafi´i jurist).

(The Legacy of Jihad. Islamic Holy War and the Fate of Non-Muslims. Ed. by Andrew g: Bostom.Prometheus Books. 2005 s.27f)

"Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those are witless".

The objectives of jihad

"The Caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians (N:provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizia, def:o11.4)-which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O:in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,"(se sura 9:29)" (Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islami Sacred Law. Amana Publications 1994. s.602).

Jihad - ett krig utan slut -ingen fred, bara vapenvila

"o9.9 The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim..." , 09:16 (O. As for truces, the author does not mention them. In Sacred Law truce means a peace treaty with those hostile to Islam, involving a cessation of figthing for a specified period, wheter for payment or something else..."... There must be some interest served in making a truce other than mere preservation of the status quo. Allah Most High says". , "So dont be faintharted and call for peace, when it is you who are the uppermost (Koran 47:359)". (Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994. s.603ff).

Den "moderate" Yusuf al-Qaradawi om jihad

"The meaning of Jihad in our present time particularly refers to striving to liberate Muslim lands from the grip of the disbelievers who usurped them and imposed on them their own laws in lieu of the Divine Law. Those disbelievers may be Jews, Christians or both or even pagans, who follow no particular religion at all. Disbelievers are all alike." , "Retrieving these lands, freeing them from the clutches of atheists and their twisted laws is the joint responsibility of all Muslims. Declaring Jihad to save our land is an Islamic obligation." , "If war is waged anywhere to achieve this goal, namely to free the occupied lands of the laws and the tyranny of disbelievers, it is undoubtedly a case of Jihad for the sake of Allah". (http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar/FatwaE/FatwaE&cid=1119503543548 ) .

" ... the real engine of our violence: Islamic theology."

"When I was still a member of what is probably best termed the British Jihadi Network, a series of semi-autonomous British Muslim terrorist groups linked by a single ideology, I remember how we used to laugh in celebration whenever people on TV proclaimed that the sole cause for Islamic acts of terror like 9/11, the Madrid bombings and 7/7 was Western foreign policy. By blaming the government for our actions, those who pushed the 'Blair's bombs' line did our propaganda work for us. More important, they also helped to draw away any critical examination from the real engine of our violence: Islamic theology." citat ex-jihadist Hassan Butt ( http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2007/jul/01/comment.religion1 )

(sura 48:28-29)

Jihad kan föras på många sätt

"Jihad is of various kinds, with one´s self, one's wealth, by making du`a´, by teaching and guiding, by helping to do good in any way. The greatest form of jihad is jihad with one´s self (i.e., going oneself and fighting), followed by jihad with one's wealth, jihad by speaking out and guiding others. Da`wah is also part of jihad. But going out oneself to fight in jihad is the highest form." (Fatawa ash-Sheikh Ibn Baz,7/334,335) , " ... All Muslims are enjoined to support their brothers with their selves (i.e., physically, by joining them), or with money, weapons, da`wah and advice."( http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?cid=1119503546772&pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar%2FFatwaE%2FFatwaEAskTheScholar )

" ... it is undoubtedly a case of Jihad for the sake of Allah. It thus needs to be financed from the money of Zakah, the amount of which is to be decided based on the total sum of the charity, the requirements of Jihad as well as the degree of the need of other potential recipients of charity. This is all to be decided by reliable scholars, if they are to be found" (http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?cid=1119503543548&pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar%2FFatwaE%2FFatwaEAskTheScholar )

"Allah will give Islam victory over Europe — without swords, without cannons, without conquest"

“We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. They are a sign that Allah will give Islam victory over Europe — without swords, without cannons, without conquest. The 50 million Muslims in Europe will turn Europe Muslim within a few decades.Allah is mobilizing Muslim Turkey to adds that to the European Union. That is an addition of 50 million more Muslims. Then there will be 100 million Muslims in Europe. Albania, which is a Muslim country is already in the EU. Bosnia which is a Muslim country is already in the EU. 50% of the population in those countries are Muslim.” citat Muhammar Khadaffi (Al Jazeera television, April 10 2006).

Just look at the development within Europe, where the number of Muslims is expanding like mosquitos

Maimonides - en anomali

Och det toleranta al-Andalus då ...

"You know, my brethren, that account of our sins God has cast us into the midst of this people, the nation of Ishmael, who persecute us severely, and who devise ways ways to harm us and to debase us. .... No Nation has ever done more harm to Israel. None has matched it in debasing and humiliating us. None have been able to reduce us as they have. ... We have borne their imposed degradation, ther lies, and absurdities, which are beyond human power to bear." citat Maimonides (Robert Spencer. Religion of Peace? Why Christianty Is and Islam Isn´t. Regnery Publishing Inc. 2007. s.131)

Islams guldålder

""No…Jew or Christian may be allowed to wear the dress of an aristocrat, nor of a jurist, nor of a wealthy individual; on the contrary they must be detested and avoided. It is forbidden to [greet] them with the [expression], ‘Peace be upon you’. In effect, ‘Satan has gained possession of them, and caused them to forget God’s warning. They are the confederates of Satan’s party; Satan’s confederates will surely be the losers!’ (Qur’an 58:19 [modern Dawood translation]). A distinctive sign must be imposed upon them in order that they may be recognized and this will be for them a form of disgrace.", "A Muslim must not act as masseuer to a Jew or Christian; he must not clear the rubbish nor clean the latrines. In fact, the Jew and the Christian are more suited for such work, which are degrading tasks..." den lagkunnige (Malikiskolan) Ibn Abduns utlägg om dhimmins status i Sevilla runt 1100 e.Kr (Bat Ye´or, The Dhimmi. Jews and Christians under Islam, Farleigh Dickinson University Press, 2005, s.187)

Al-Andalus Inte mer tolerant än det kristna medeltida Europa

"Tolerance? Ask the Jews of Granada who were massacred in 1066, or the Christians who were deported by the Almoravids to Morocco in 1126" (Richard Fletcher. Moorish Spain. University of California Press. , http://www.jihadwatch.org/dhimmiwatch/archives/001665.php ), "On December 30, 1066, about four thousand Jews in Granada was murdered by rioting Muslim mobs - more than would be killed in the Crusaders infamous Rhineland progroms of the mid-twelfth century." Islamic science developed for a while despite islam

"Science and philosophy flourished on Musalman soil during the first half of the middle ages; but it was not by reason of Islam, it was in spite of Islam. Not a Musalman philosopher or scholar escaped persecution." , "To give Islam the credit of Averroes and so many other illustrius thinkers, who passed half their lifes in prison, in forced hiding, in disgrace, whose books were burned and whose writings almost supressed by theological authority, is if one were to ascribe the Inqvisition the discoveries of Galileo, and a whole scientific development it was not able to prevent" citat Ernest Renan (Ibn Warrack, Why i am not a Muslim. s.274. Promotheus books. 2003)

Vad haditherna har att säga om apostater

"Allah's Apostle said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims." (Sahih Bukhari 9:17)

"Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'" (Sahih Bukhari 9:57)

"... .There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu'adh asked, "Who is this (man)?" Abu Muisa said, "He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism." Then Abu Muisa requested Mu'adh to sit down but Mu'adh said, "I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice. Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, and he was killed..." (Sahih Bukhari 9:58)

"Allah's Apostle said, "By Him in Whose Hand my soul is I was about to order for collecting fire-wood (fuel) and then order Someone to pronounce the Adhan for the prayer and then order someone to lead the prayer then I would go from behind and burn the houses of men who did not present themselves for the (compulsory congregational) prayer. ...'" (Sahih Bukhari 11:617)

"Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " (Sahih Bukhari 52:260)

"'Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: It is not permissible to take the life of a Muslim who bears testimony (to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and I am the Messenger of Allah, but in one of the three cases: the married adulterer, a life for life, and the deserter of his Din (Islam), abandoning the community." (Sahih Muslim 16:4152)

“Killing disbelievers is a small matter to us.” (Tabari IX:69)

En av de mest inflytsrika samtida anliga ledarna inom islam, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, sammanfattar synen på apostasi från islam på följande vis;
"Muslims are to seriously resist individual apostasy before it seriously intensifies and develops into a collective one. That is why the Muslim jurists are unanimous that apostates must be punished, yet they differ as to determining the kind of punishment to be inflicted upon them. The majority of them, including the four main schools of jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi`i, and Hanbali) as well as the other four schools of jurisprudence (the four Shiite schools of Az-Zaidiyyah, Al-Ithna-`ashriyyah, Al-Ja`fariyyah, and Az-Zaheriyyah) agree that apostates must be executed."

I shariamanualen Úmdat al-Salik (Shaafi) kan vi ordagrant läsa följande;

o8.0 APOSTASY FROM ISLAM (RIDDA)
"(O. Leaving Islam is the ugliest form of unbelief (kufr) and the worst...."

08.1 "When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from islam, he deserves to be killed".

o8.2 "In such case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A:his representative) to ask him to repent and return from Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, if he refuses, he is immediately killed.".

o8.4 "There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O. or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die)".

o8.6 "(A: if a spouse in a consumated marriage apostasizes from Islam, the couple are separated for a waiting period consisting of three intervals between menstruations. If the spouse return to Islam before the waiting period ends, the marriage is not annulled ...."

he will be killed as a kaafir and apostate

Praise be to Allaah. "The punishment for apostasy (riddah) is well-known in Islaamic Sharee´ah. The one who leaves Islaam will be asked to repent by the Sharee´ah judge in an Islaamic country; if he does not repent and come back to the true religion, he will be killed as a kaafir and apostate, because of the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "Whoever changes his religion, kill him." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 3017). The person who knows the truth and believes in it, then turns his back on it, does not deserve to live. The punishment for apostasy is prescribed for the protection of the religion and as a deterrent to anyone who is thinking of leaving Islaam. There is no doubt that such a serious crime must be met with an equally weighty punishment." Islam Q&A Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid ( http://islamqa.com/index.php? )

..." (sura 2:220) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:221)

(sura 2:223) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:223)

..." (sura 2:228) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:228)

(2:282) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 2:282)

(sura 4:3) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 4:3)

"Gud ålägger eder rörande edra barn: En manlig arvtagare bekomme lika mycket som två kvinnor; ..." (sura 4:12) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 4:11)

(sura 4:38) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 4:34)

(sura 33:59) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 33:59)

"Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?". He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you..." (Sahih Bukhari 6:301)

"The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him." (Sahih Bukhari 9:490)

"The Prophet said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind." (Sahih Bukhari 48:826).

"... When Allah's Apostle was informed that the Persians had crowned the daughter of Khosrau as their ruler, he said, "Such people as ruled by a lady will never be successful." (Sahih Bukhari 59:709)

"Allah's Apostle said, "If at all there is bad omen, it is in the horse, the woman, and the house." (Sahih Bukhari 62:32)

"The Prophet said, "After me I have not left any affliction more harmful to men than women." (Sahih Bukhari 62:33)

"Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: By Him in Whose Hand is my life, when a man calls his wife to his bed, and she does not respond, the One Who is in the heaven is displeased with her until he (her husband) is pleased with her." (Sahih Muslim 8:3367)

"Men were to lay injunctions on women lightly, for they were prisoners of men and had no control over their persons." (Ishaq 969)

"A man from the Ansar called Basrah said: I married a virgin woman in her veil. When I entered upon her, I found her pregnant. (I mentioned this to the Prophet). The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: She will get the dower, for you made her vagina lawful for you. The child will be your slave. When she has begotten (a child), flog her (according to the version of al-Hasan). The version of Ibn AbusSari has: You people, flog her, or said: inflict hard punishment on him." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2126)

"The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: If one of you marries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask Thee for the good in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her; I take refuge in Thee from the evil in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2155)

"The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2142)

m5.0 CONJUGAL RIGHTS

THE WIFE´S MARITAL OBLIGATIONS

m5.1 It is obligatory for a woman to let her husband have sex with her immediately when:

(a) he ask her;

(b) at home (O:home meaning the place in which he is currently staying, even if being lent to him or rented);

(c) and she can physically endure it

(Úmdat al-salik/Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994. s.525)

THE HUSBAND´S RIGHTS

m5.4 A husband poessesses full right to enjoy his wife´s person (A: from the top of her head to the bottoms of her feet, though anal intercourse (dis.p75.20) is absolutely unlawful) in what does not physically harm her.

He is entitled to take her with him on travels.

m6.0 UNMARRIAGEBLE KIN
(MAHRAM)

m6.7 It is unlawful for a muslim man to marry:

(1) a Zoroastrian woman,

(2) an idol worshipper,

(3) an apostate from Islam (murtadd def:o8)

(4) or a woman with one parent who is Jewish or Christian, while the other is Zoroastrian.

(5) (N; It i not lawful or valid for a Muslim man to be married to any woman who is not either Muslim, Christian, or Jew; nor is it lawful or valid for a Muslim woman to be married to anyone besides a Muslim.)

PERMITTING THE WIFE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE

m10.3 (A. A husband may permit his wife to leave the house for a lesson in sacred Law, for invocation of Allah (dhikr), to see her female friends, or to go any place in town. A woman may not leave the city without her husband or a member of her unmarriageble kin (def:m6.2) accompanying her, unless the journey is obligatory, like the hajj. It is unlawful for her to travel otherwise, and unlawful for her husband to allow her to.)...

m.10.4 The husband may forbid his wife to leave the home (O:because of the hadith related by Bayhaqi that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peave) said,

"It is not permissable for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to allow someone into her husband´s house if he is opposed, or to go out if he is averse").

DEALING WITH A REBELLIOUS WIFE

m.10.12 When a husband notices signs of rebelliousness in his wife (nushuz, dis; p42) .... If she commits rebelliousness, he keeps from sleeping (O: and having sex with her) with her without words, and may hit her, but not in a way that injures her, ...

m13.0 CHILD CARE AND CUSTODY

... m13.2 The necessary conditions for a person to have custody of a child are:

(a) uprightness (def: o24.4) (O. a corrupt person may not be a guardian, because child care is a position of authority, and the corrupt are unqualified for it... If the corruptness of a child´s mother consists of her not performing the prayer (salat), she has no right to custody of the child, who might grow up to be like her, ending up in the same vile condition of not praying, for keeping another´s company has its effects);

(c) and if the childs mother is Muslim, it is a necessary condition that the person be a muslim (O: because it is a position of authority, and a non-Muslim were given charge of the custody and upbringing of the child, the child might aquire the caracter traits of unbelief (kufr)).

m13.3 (A: It is offensive to send one´s child to a day-care center run by non-Muslims. It is unlawful to send Muslim children to Christian schools, or those which is designedly atheist, though it is not unlawful to send them to public schools in which religion is not mentioned (N: in a way that threatens the students belief in Islam).)

m13.4 A woman has no right to custody (A: of her child in her previous marriage) when she remarries (O. because married life will occupy her with fulfilling the rights of her husband and prevent her from tending the child, ...

o12.0 THE PENALTY FOR FORNICATION OR SODOMY

o12.2 .... or is prepubescent at the time of marital intercourse...

o12.6 .... A pregnant woman is not stoned until she gives birth and the child can suffice with the milk of another.

(Úmdat al-Salik/Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994)

Kvinnans värde mätt i hennes status som vittne i domstol

"Allaah has commanded the testimony of two women so as to be sure that they remember, because the mind and memory of two women takes the place of the mind and memory of one man. (See I´laam al-Muwaqqa´een, part 1, p. 75)". ( http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=20051&ln=eng ). (Ibn Warrack, Why i am not a Muslim. Promotheus Books. 2003, s.310).

Alltså, ingen pojkvän, ingen flickvän före äktenskapet

"... it is not allowed in Islam to take a non-mahram person or persons of the opposite gender as a very close friend. Such friendship often leads to haram. In the Qur’an, Allah mentioned that good men and women are those who marry, do not have fornicating relationships and do not have "paramours" or Akhdan see An-Nisaa’: 25, Al-Ma'idah: 5). "So it is not allowed for a Muslim boy to have a girlfriend or for a Muslim girl to have a boyfriend. Howsoever pure your intentions may be, the danger is that it will lead you to sin." (http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?cid=1119503545452&pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar%2FFatwaE%2FFatwaEAskTheScholar)

"First of all, it is not an honor or a privilege to marry a non-Muslim. It is a burden and a big responsibility. It is better to abstain from such marriages...", "A Muslim woman should know that Allah has really honored her and made it easy for her by not allowing her to marry a non-Muslim man". "According to the Qur'an, the husband is the head of the household and his wife should obey him. Allah does not put the Muslim woman in a position that a non-Muslim becomes her head in her own private life. Allah has spared her to suffer from being under the authority of a non-Muslim husband." Mufti Muzammil H. Siddiqi (http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?cid=1119503543072&pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar%2FFatwaE%2FFatwaEAskTheScholar )

Lydnad

"... , the husband is in charge of his wife, and she has to obey him and not go out without his permission, otherwise the stability of the family will be destroyed. The family should have just one leader to steer its course, and that leader is the one who spends on the family and protects it. The husband is physically stronger and is more wise than the wife. We can easily understand if he disciplines his wife when she does something wrong, but we cannot imagine the wife hitting the husband if he is at fault...." ( http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=2083&ln=eng )

"The Arabic dictionaries define mut'a as 'enjoyment, pleasure, delight'. The root form, m-t: signifies, 'to carry away, to take away'. A 'marriage of mut'a' is a marriage which the contract stipulates will last for a fixed period of time. This 'marriage of mut'a' is referred to both in the hadith literature and, in much more detail, in the books on jurisprudence (fiqh)...." , " Mut'a is considered a kind of 'rental' because in general a man's basic aim in this kind of marriage is the sexual enjoyment of a woman, and in return for his enjoyment the woman receives a certain amount of money or property..." ( http://www.al-islam.org/al-serat/muta/3.htm )

"According to both the Hanafi and Shafi'i Schools, the husband may prohibit his wife from leaving the house..." ( http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=11&ID=8638&CATE=121 ) och "... he has the right to prohibit her from any work that will lead her to a shortcoming in fulfilling his rights, is harmful to him, or requires that she leave the house...." ( view.asp?HD=1&ID=2302&CATE=121 )

(Ibn Ishaq, pp. 675—76).

And don´t be too jolly !

"The whole issue of singing is controversial, whether it is with musical accompaniment or not." , "There are some conditions and terms that should be observed regarding listening to singing, as follows: 1. Not all sorts of singing are permissible. Rather, the permissible song should comply with the Islamic teachings and ethics. ... 2. Also, the way the song is performed weighs so much..." 3. Singing should not be accompanied with something that is prohibited such as alcohol, nakedness, mixing of men with women that is common in pubs and nightclubs, etc. 4. Islam has declared excessiveness as prohibited in everything. The same goes for excessiveness in leisure and recreation even though these things are permissible! ..." Sharia

(sura 5:37) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 5:33)

(sura 24:2) i engelskspråkig översättning (sura 24:2)

Sharia - gudagiven evig och allomfattande

"For the Muslim, law is an essential, indeed a central, part of his religion, which would be inconceivable without it. The law in all its details is divine not human, revealed not enacted, and therefore it cannot be repealed or abrogated, supplemented or amended.", "For them, its authority is absolute and applies to every aspect of human life and activity. In theory, therefore, there is no legislative power in human society, since the making of laws is for God alone" (Bernard Lewis, Islam and the West. Oxford University Press. 1993. s.43f)

(utdrag ur Kirsten Sarauw, Kronik i Kristeligt Dagblad 11 januar 2008)

Do not practice aldultery or fornication or even get close to it

" However, what is not so well known is that while declaring fornication and adultery as haram (forbidden), Islam does not merely forbid the actual acts, but it also declares as forbidden each and every circumstance or way that leads to fornication and adultery. Allah says, (Do not come near fornication, for it is indeed lewdness and an evil life-style.) (Al-Isra' 17: 32) ( http://www.islamonline.net/servlet/Satellite?cid=1119503548036&pagename=IslamOnline-English-Ask_Scholar%2FFatwaE%2FFatwaEAskTheScholar)

Islam versus kristendom

"This law, the shariaáh, is applied to every aspect of Muslim life,..."

(sura 2:189) och "The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim. ...". (The Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law. s.603: o9.9)

Muhammed sa "Unais, go to the wife of this (man) and if she confesses her guilt, stone her to death ." Unais went to that woman next morning and she confessed. Allah's Apostle ordered that she be stoned to death." (Sahih Bukhari, Book 50: Volume 3, Book 50, Number 885:)

Men alla våldsdåd och hemskheter i gamla testamentet då?

Men korstågen då?

(jfr Bernhard Lewis. Islam and the West. Oxford University Press. 1993. s.12f)
