"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it"

I DN och SvD kan man läsa om en förestående vapenvila mellan Israel och det islamistiska Hamas. Man kan här bland annat läsa att företrädarna för Israel ställer sig tveksam till den om den kan bli hållbar eller ens meningsfull. En vapenvila med Hamas innebär egentligen ju bara att Israel inte militärt får ingripa innan Hamas känner sig redo för att återuppta självmordsbombning och raketbeskjutning av mål inne i Israel. För det är ju det det handlar om, om Hamas inte hade sett en fördel med en vapenvila hade de aldrig gått med på det;"Be not weary and faint-hearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost: for Allah is with you,...". (sura 47:35).

Dess yttersta mål är ju att utplåna Israel en gång för alla. "Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it" heter det ju inledningsvis i Hamas programförklaring från 1988. Artikel elva i densamma ger uttryck för Hamas syn på Israel/Palestina; "The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. ...". Och att detta jihad som förs mot staten Israel främst är en fråga om religion, det vill säga islams överhöghet, ges uttryck för i artikel 15; "It is necessary to instill in the minds of the Moslem generations that the Palestinian problem is a religious problem, and should be dealt with on this basis. ...".

Belysande vad det är för en rörelse Israel har att göra med är också i hög grad artikel 13; "Initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences, are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement..." och "... .There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors. ...". Någon varaktig fred för Israels del är således inte att vänta då jihad mot ickemuslimerna är en gudomlig institution, given i koranen, sunnan och islams heliga lag, sharian.

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do nor practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay poll tax out of hand and feel humbled" (sura 9:29).

Vad har då detta med Europa att göra? Ett uttryck som på ett ganska målande sätt beskriver islamisternas långsiktiga agenda lyder; -" first the Saturday people then the Sunday people".

Under en fredagsbön visad på Hamas Al-Aqsa TV 11 april i år predikade Yunis Al-Astal (Hamas MP och "präst"), och även om det sagda av somliga uppfattas som tom retorik är och förblir detta, "erövringen av Rom och väst" islams dröm och yttersta intention. Nedan följer ett utdrag av nämnda predikan.

"Allah has chosen you for Himself and for His religion, so that you will serve as the engine pulling this nation to the phase of succession, security, and consolidation of power, and even to conquests thorough da'wa and military conquests of the capitals of the entire world."

"Very soon, Allah willing, Rome will be conquered, just like Constantinople was, as was prophesized by our Prophet Muhammad."

"Today, Rome is the capital of the Catholics, or the Crusader capital, which has declared its hostility to Islam, and has planted the brothers of apes and pigs in Palestine in order to prevent the reawakening of Islam. This capital of theirs will be an advanced post for the Islamic conquests, which will spread through Europe in its entirety, and then will turn to the two Americas, and even Eastern Europe."

"I believe that our children, or our grandchildren, will inherit our jihad and our sacrifices, and, Allah willing, the commanders of the conquest will come from among them."
