Talibanledaren Mohammed Omar dödad vid en flygattack

Enligt BBC skall talibanledaren no:1 Mohammed Omar ha dödats i en flygräd mot den av honom ägda byn Mandatta i regionen Waziristan belägen i nordvästra Pakistan. Vittnen meddelar att missilerna fullständigt skall ha förstört hans hus, där han också skall ha befunnit sig i vid attacken.

Bloggens syfte

Denna blogg har skapats i syfte att kritiskt granska och informera om det som sedan en tid tillbaka brukar kallas för islamism eller politisk islam. Men då ju islam till sin natur just är politisk då den har anspråk på att genomsyra livet och samhället på ett närmast totalt sett, och i sig faktiskt rymmer ett program för en fullständig samhällsomdaning med sharian, gudslagen som grund får den väl egentligen sägas behandla islam per definition. - Islam som den en gång gestaltade sig i den muslimska världen (Dar al-Islam) fram tills den europeiska kolonialismen på 1800-talet kom och satt sin feta häck över den. - Islam som den än idag uppfattas av majoriteten av det islamiska ledarskapet och de islamskt lärda (ulema).

Bloggen vill särskilt betona att den inte vänder sig mot de som endast till namnet är muslimer, de icke-troende "muslimerna" eller de som önskar att lämna religionen, och inte heller mot de som vill se islam omformas till en helt igenom privat andlig angelägenhet och därmed önskar se sharian dumpad på historiens soptipp för människofientliga ideologier. Däremot sätter den strålkastarljuset på de som aktivt understödjer och arbetar för en islamisering av Europa, det vill säga en anpassning av det sekulära fria demokratiska västerländska samhället, så att det i allt högre grad skall komma att stå i samklang med sharians många krav.

Islamofoben vill således ge en motbild mot den förljugna och tillrättalagda bild av islam som ges från från moskéerna och de islamiska intresseorganisationerna. Samma vilseledande information som dessutom presenteras av etablerade media och den politiska eliten här i landet.

Islamofoben är inte här för att problematisera och lyfta marginella yttringar och företeelser inom islam, sålunda ingen islamsk feminism, islamsk lesbianism eller modiga fritänkare och nytolkare av de heliga skrifterna. Det är de dominerande dogmerna och strömningarna bloggen tar fasta på (mainstream islam). Det generella, det övergripande och de förenande dragen inom ortodox Sunniislam och Shi´a. Partikulariteterna och de förhållandevis små skillnaderna (konsekvensmässigt för oss här i väst) mellan de två huvudriktningarna Sunni och Shia kommer jag inte lägga någon större krut på, inte heller kommer jag att gräva ner mig i de olika lagskolornas ibland oftast marginella skillnader i synen på sharian. Hoppet om en modernisering (om en sådan överhuvudtaget kan sägas finnas) lämnas med glädje över åt islamologerna och de lättduperade önsketänkarna inom den politiska eliten och gammelmedia.

Demografin i islams tjänst
Islam är den religion som växer mest och om ett decennium kommer den muslimska befolkningen att utgöra en majoritet i flera av Europas större städer. Detta är främst ett resultat av den kraftigt sjunkande nativiteten hos de ursprungliga europeiska folken, parat med den muslimska populationens betydligt högre födslotal. Den har också sin grund i den massiva immigrationen från den muslimska världen. Signaler från EU och nationellt framtagna framtidsprognoser pekar samtliga på att den kommer att tillåtas fortsätta och sannolikt också fördubblas.

Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life uppskattar att 2,869,000 muslimer nu lever i Storbrittanien, det rör sig om en ökning på hela 74% sedan den senaste mätningen 2001. Det skulle alltså röra sig om en fördubbling av på endast ca 12 år.

Städer och regioner som utmärker sig genom sin förhållandevis stora andelen muslimer utgörs bland annat av Wien med 8% (120,000), Antwerpen med 6.7% (>30,000 av >450,000, Brussel(regionen) med 17%-20% (160,000-220,000, Århus ~10%, Köpenhamn 12.6% (63,000 av 500,000), Ile de France 10%-15% (upp till 1.7 miljoner, Marseilles 25% (200,000 av 800,000), PACA regionen 20% (0.7-1.0 miljoner av 1.5 million), Paris 7.38% (155,000 av 2.1 miljoner, Strasbourg 10%; Berlin 5.9% (~200,000 av 3.40 miljoner), Köln 12% (120,000 av 1 miljoner),Hamburg 6.4% (~110,000 av 1.73 miljoner), Amsterdam 24% (180,000 av 750,000), Större Amsterdam 12.7%, Haag 14.2% ( 67,896 av 475,580); Större Haag 11%, Rotterdam 13% (80,000 av 600,000), Större Rotterdam 9.9%, Utrecht 13.2% (38,300 av 289,000), Större Utrecht 7%, Zaan district 8.8%, Moskva 16%-20% (2 miljoner av 10-12 miljoner), Malmö ~25%, Stockholm 20% (>155,000 av 771,038), Birmingham 14.3% (139,771), Bradford 16% (75,000), Leicester 11% (>30,000 av 280,000), Större London 8.5%-17% (1.3 miljoner av 7.5 miljoner), Luton 14.6% (26,963).

Stora samhälleliga omvälvningar
Naturligtvis kommer denna mycket omfattande folkvandring innebära betydande förändringar för de berörda samhällena, underligt vore det annars. De demografiska förändringarna kommer inte bara innebära att den ursprungliga befolkningen sakta men säkert kommer att bytas ut mot en annan. Den kommer sannolikt också innebära ett gigantiskt ideologiskt och kulurellt skifte, där Europas judeo-kristna arv och postkristna humanistiska värderingar ersätts med islam. Islam kommer att vara den värdegrund det nya Europa kommer att byggas. Islam kommer att om inte vara den enda religionen, så åtminstone den allestädes närvarande och dominerande. Islam och gudslagen, sharian, kommer vara grunden för allt samhälleligt liv. Ekonomisk stagnation och upphörandet av fortsatta vetenskapliga framsteg är den mest troliga framtiden under den islamiska halvmånens regim, då teokrati och eviga gudomliga sanningar av lättförstådda skäl inte går särskilt väl ihop med kritiskt tänkande och ett vetenskapligt förhållningssätt.

Det här är en utveckling med verkningar som man än så länge bara kan ana hemmavid men som på andra håll i Europa är desto tydligare. Denna lömska succesiva och gradvisa förändring manifesteras inte bara i hijabklädda kvinnor, allt fler moskéer och islamska kulturcenter, utan även i en diskurs om den troende muslimens rätt att få leva enligt religionens krav.

Denna pågående diskussion om hur samhället bör förändras för att tillgodose nykomlingarnas behov är ännu i sin linda, frågan är bara hur långt våra politiker är beredda att ge efter för en bigott och i många stycken mycket reaktionär och chauvunistisk religion.

Även om mången muslim nog mest har tankarna inställda på vardagliga ting som oss andra och kanske inte alltid har full koll på sin religions trosatser, så finns det goda skäl att räkna med att merparten inom ledarskiktet; de dominerande gestalterna inom de islamiska föreningarna, ideologerna och inte minst de religiösa ledarna är bärare av en dold agenda.

Islamisk strategi
Att gå långsamt fram, bygga upp ett parallell- samhälle, unyttja demokratin, jobba politiskt, skapa allianser utanför den muslimska gemenskapen (umma), infiltrera och utnyttja de befintliga strukturerna för att steg för steg föra samhället närmare målet, en total islamisering av samhället och upprättandet av en islamsk stat byggd på sharia. Detta är en strategi som förespråkas av det Muslimska Brödraskapet både här i Europa som i Nord-Amerika.

Islamisering behöver inte nödvändigtvis ske genom militärt jihad, - revolutionärt våld och terror. Den kan också vara reformistisk till sin karaktär och verka i och genom systemet, och på så vis använda sig av demokratin för att stegvis förändra samhället på så sätt att det succesivt i allt högre grad kommer att ligga i linje med sharians alla föreskrifter. Det är denna sida av det islamiska myntet som är det farligaste, för det är till dessa företrädare/organisationer myndigheterna vänder sig till för att inhämta ett islamiskt perspektiv.

Islamiska aktivister och många av de troende har dock samma slutgiltiga mål, oavsett om de är revolutionärer eller reformister, ett liv i full enlighet med islam. Något som först kan anses helt genomfört i och med att islam dominerar samhället och sharian är implementerad fullt ut.

Muslimen på gatan
Ovan behandlade vi de islamiska organisationerna och dess ledarskaps syn på islams framtid i Europa. Men hur är det då med den stora massan av muslimer, vad anser de, vilka värderingar är de bärare av. Hur ser deras lojaliteter ut. Då det inte har gjorts några dylika undersökningar i Sverige får vi gå utomlands för att skapa oss en någorlunda hygglig uppfattning om detta. Undersökningar gjorda i Storbritanien visar att hela 81% av Storbrittaniens muslimer ser sig först och främst som muslimer och inte som Britter. Medborgarskapet och lojaliteten gentemot den egna nationen är underordnad. 30% (40% i åldern 16-24 år) av landets muslimer vill hellre leva under sharialagar än landets sekulära lagar. En liten minoritet? 40% av hollands unga marockanska muslimer tar avstånd från demokratin. 36% av Storbrittaniens unga muslimer (16-24 år) anser att de som lämnar islam skall straffas med döden allt i enlighet med sharia´n. 23% av Storbrittaniens muslimer anser att 7/7 attacken mot Londons tunnelbana var befogade. En liten minoritet? 70% av Storbrittaniens muslimer vägrar att ta avstånd från självmordsbombare. En liten minoritet? 1 av 3 av de muslimska universitetsstuderandena anser att det är O.K att döda för religionen (läs islam). En liten minoritet? Endast 47% av de tillfrågade ansåg att det var fel att tiga om man kände till planerna på en terrorattack !!! 78% av landets muslimer anser att de som lät publicera de danska karikatyrerna på profeten Muhammed skulle ställas inför rätta, 68% anser att de som förolämpar islam skall ställas inför rätta och 62% håller inte med om att yttrandefrihet skall tillåtas om den förolämpar eller sårar religiösa grupper (läs islam). 74% av muslimerna i storbritanien anser att kvinnor skall bära slöja, 33% vill se ett upprättande av kalifatet. I en undersökning företagen av Forum för levande historia kunde det konstateras att 82,6 % av landets muslimer hade en helt eller delvis negativ syn på judar. I danmark visade en liknande undersökning att upp emot 75% av landets muslimer är att betrakta som anti-semiter.

Det är dylika värderingar, som de här ovan, en betydande del av muslimerna är bärare av. En uppsättning åsikter som med bästa vilja, knappast kan sägas vara kompatibla med ett fritt demokratiskt samhällsskick. Och egentligen är det ju ingenting att förvåna sig över, då de ju är djupt rotade i islamsk värdegrund och teologi.

Den ständiga ström av nyanlända muslimska immigranter som kommer hit till väst, bygger givetvis på och cementerar grundligt dessa attityder inom den muslimska gemenskapen.

En opinonsundersökning företagen i flera muslimska länder av Pew Global 2010 visade även den på hur hårt präglad befolkningen är av religionens alla föreskrifter, och att de i flera avseenden ville se mer islam i samhället och mer av sharian implementerad i sina länder, inte mindre.

Undersökningen gav bland annat vid handen att en majoritet av muslimerna i Egypten, Jordanien, Pakistan och Nigeria ville införa straff som stening, piskning, såväl som amputering av händer som straff för stöld. De ville även se att sharians stadganden om dödsstraff för sådana som lämnat islam implementerat. Ungefär 8 av tio muslimer i Egypten and Pakistan (82%) förespråkar stening av folk som begått äktenskapsbrott, 70% av muslimerna i Jordanien and 56% i Nigeria delade dessa åsikter. Muslimer i Pakistan och Egypten visade sig också vara för piskning och kapande av lemmar för brott som stöld och rån. 82% i Pakistan och 77% i Egypten är positiva till införandet av sharians hududstraff. Så också 65% ov muslimerna i Nigeria and 58% i Jordanien. När det kommer till utmätandet av dödsstraff för avfällingar förespråkade som minst tre fjärdedelar detta. I Jordanien (86%), Egypten (84%), i Pakistan (76%.) och Nigeria 51%.

Det är dylika sentiment man många av våra troende muslimska immigranter är bärare av. Det är sådana värderingar som genom dem förs in på den Europeiska arenan. Detta är islam, och tro ingenting annat. Detta är Europas framtid om vi inte väljer att dra i nödbromsen nu. Det är dags att ta ställning, att ställa dina politiker till svars och byta parti.

Det multikulturella samhällets sårbarhet
Utifrån sedan länge allmänt dominerande multikulturella ideal hos såväl politiker som landets intelligentsia kommer de muslimska intresseorganisationerna inte ha några större problem med att övertyga den maktägande eliten om muslimernas rätt att leva i enlighet med sin religion. Till en början kommer det att ske genom små anpassningar, som så småningom kommer att växa och bli mer omfattande (stealth jihad).

Vilka är vi att förvägra dem, svenska medborgare, deras rätt att leva i enlighet med sin religions krav. Har vi inte religionsfrihet i landet kanske. Sverige kommer ju faktiskt i lika hög grad också att vara deras land, och de måste ju förståss som alla vi andra få sina demokratiska fri- och rättigheter tillgodosedda. Och glöm inte att de i lika hög grad som oss andra kommer att vara med och definiera den framtida innebörden av för samhället viktiga nyckelbegrepp som frihet och demokrati, och därmed också i förlängningen lagstiftningen. Ordens innebörd kan för en västerlänning tyckas vara ganska självklara, dock inte nödvändigtvis för en troende muslim.

Somliga invänder förmodligen att varken personer eller religioner är statiska, och att islam i mötet med det sekulära väst inte kan undgå att förändras. Jag personligen tror att man ska akta sig väldigt noga för att tro på möjligheterna till en modernisering av islam. Jag vill i alla fall inte sätta mitt lands framtid på spel för detta gigantiska multikulturella samhällsexperiment, Vill du?

Lite om informationsspalten
Nedan följer en informationsspalt om islam och dess olika aspekter. För trovärdighetens skull har jag valt att i så hög grad som möjligt låta religionen tala för sig självt genom sina urkunder och dess uttolkare, Ulema (de islamskt lärde). Jag använder mig således av citat från koranen och från de minst lika viktiga haditherna och siran. Sharialagböcker utgör också en oundgänglig källa till kunskap om islam, därav förekommer det ganska rikligt med citat ur sådana verk. För att för den oinitierade knyta dessa medeltida religiösa urkunder till vår samtid och visa på deras relevans än idag inom umma (den muslimska gemenskapen) ges citat ur fatwor (utlåtanden) som i utfärdats av muftis (islamskt lagkunniga). Dessa finns för den intresserade att själv studera i de fatwabanker som finns på internet. Jag låter också andra religiösa auktoriteter såsom ayathollor, imamer och mullor ge en sin bild av islam. Även mer eller mindre betydelsefulla muslimska statsöverhuvuden och ämbetsmän citeras för bidra till att ge en mer fullständig bild av vad islam representerar.

Då min framställning i hög grad bygger på citat uppger jag i regel alltid källreferenser för att läsaren själv skall kunna avgöra tillförlitligheten. Klicka gärna på bilderna i vänsterspalten, de leder ofta vidare till den plats där jag fann informationen.

Koranen, sunnan och sharia´n källan till kunskap om Islam

Koranen. Allahs egna ord uppenbarade för Muhammed, den siste profeten. Slutgiltiga, oförändrade, evigt gällande och universella. Sunnan (haditherna och siran) berättelser om profetens liv, om vad han sade och gjorde, gudomligt inspirerat, och därmed också ett mönster och föredöme att efterlikna (uswa hasana) för varje from muslim. "I Guds apostel haven I nu fått ett härligt föredöme ... " (sura 33:21 samt 60:4 och 60:6). Tillsammans tolkade och förklarade i tafsirer av de religiöst lärda (ulema). Ur dessa skrifter emanerar sharia´n, islams heliga och gudagivna lag. En lag med anspråk på att bestämma den troendes liv och leverna från det minsta (det enskilt privata) till det största (det offentliga livet ute i samhället) och som ytterst lägger grunden för den totala islamiska staten. Och väl etablerad lyder även icke-muslimer till stora delar under denna lag.

Abrogation - Alla suror och aya (verser) gäller inte då de av Gud själv ersatts av bättre sådana.

För att förstå koranen måste man känna till hur de religiöst lärde (ulema) har handskats med de sinsemellan motstridiga surorna. Det är inte ett smörgåsbord där man fritt kan välja, som en del mindre initierade icke-muslimer skulle vilja tro. Tidigt utvecklade man en metod (egentligen en dogm) med utgångspunkt ifrån två av koranens suror. Den ena av dem (sura 2:100) lyder; "Så ofta vi upphäva en vers eller låta den råka i glömska, sätta vi en bättre eller likadan i stället; vet du ej, att Gud är allsmäktig?". Den andra (sura 16:103) lyder; "Och då vi sätta en vers istället för en annan, emedan Gud bäst vet vad han nedsänder ...". När man så hade tidsbestämt koranens suror (utifrån när de uppenbarats) så kunde man utifrån denna vers använda sig av denna abrogationsmetod (naskh) för att bestämma vilken av surorna som faktiskt gällde. Genom att underlåta att nämna detta tolkningsförfarande lurar man så medvetet (genom att idka taqyyia eller kitman -den religiöst legitimerade lögnen) den okunnige om vad som faktiskt gäller. Vanligtvis plockar man vid sådana tillfällen fram någon av de suror som tillkom under tiden i Mecka (då man var i underläge), vars ton och innehåll är försonligt, tolerant och fredligt, och "glömmer" att nämna att den i själva verket är obsolet och har ersatts av en annan senare sura som emanerar från tiden i Medina (då man växt sig starkare), och som vid denna tidpunkt har ändrat karaktär till att ha blivit offensiva, chauvunistiska och mycket krigiska.

Permissible Lying (Iham - Taqiyya - Kitman) UNDER BEARBETNING!!!

Inom Islam råder ett slags moralisk relativism, samtidigt som det finns suror som uttryckligen förbjuder lögn, skall man veta att detta endast gäller inom den muslimska samfälligheten (umma), utåt i kommunikationen med icke-muslimer är det tillåtet att fara med lögn, ja ibland rentutav obligatoriskt, och i vissa fall då lögnen kan anses gynna islam kan den anses som obligatorisk. Några citat ur shariamanualen Umdat al-Salik; "Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. ... " och "it is permissable to lie if attaining the goal is permissable, and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory" (The Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994. s.745). Ytterst går den religiöst legitimerade lögnen tillbaka på bland annat sura 3:47. Den lyder; "De stämplade, men Gud stämplade ock ja, Gud är bäst av dem, som stämpla”. I sin klassiska exeges säger Al-Tabari (en av de främsta) i sin tafsir beträffande sura 3:28 (3.27 i Zettersténs svenska övers.); "If you [Muslims] are under their [infidels'] authority, fearing for yourselves, behave loyally to them, with your tongue, while harboring inner animosity for them. … Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or on intimate terms with the infidels in place of believers — except when infidels are above them [in authority]. In such a scenario, let them act friendly towards them.", Den inom islamisk teologi framstående och ofta åberopade Al Ghazzali (1059-1111) compiled the command of the Taqiyya as follows: “Know this, that lying in itself is not wrong. If a lie is the only way to a good result, then it is permitted. Therefore, we must lie if the truth leads to an unacceptable result.”. Ayatollah Khomeini in an address from the year 2004 to his brethren in the faith:“Deception, subterfuge, conspiracy, fraud, thievery and murder are nothing but means for Allah’s business!”.

Islam omöjlig att revidera utan att förneka gud. Bida - förbud mot innovation i religionen. UNDER B

Och de som ändå försöker modernisera islam då?

Moderation in religion the islamic way

"... Moderation in religion means that one does not exaggerate and go beyond the limit set by Allaah, and that one does not neglect it and fall short of the limit set by Allaah. Moderation in religion means following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Exaggeration means trying to do more than he did, and negligence means not reaching that level..."

Moderation inom islam är således att ta mindreåriga barnhustrur (Aisha/6år), att idka sexuellt umgänge med dem innan de uppnått könsmognad (Aisha 9år), att slå sin hustru om hon inte lyder (sharia´n), att implementera sharians alla aspekter inklusive dess strafflagstiftning beträffande brottsmål om tjuvnad (kapade lemmar), hor och otukt (100 piskrapp eller stening), att hetsa mot icke-muslimer, att hota icke-muslimer, att bedriva väpnat jihad mot världens icke-muslimer. Samt mycket, mycket mer.

Vad islams heliga skrifter behandlar

"A huge problem with reformation is the amount of political doctrine. Aboust two thirds of the Koran of Mecca deals with condemning unbelievers to Hell for merely disagreeing with Mohammed. Over half of the Koran of Medina deals with hypocrates and jihad against the unbelievers. Nearly 75% of the Sira deals with jihad. About 20% of the hadith by Bukhari is about jihad. The Harbi

The London-based Arabic language daily Asharq Al-Awsat interviewed Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi on July 19, 2003, where he said: "It has been determined by Islamic law that the blood and property of people of Dar Al-Harb [the Domain of Disbelief where the battle for the domination of Islam should be waged] is not protected.", Also, in an interview conducted in July 2003 by the Egyptian newspaper Al-Haqiqa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Gomaa said:"...it is permitted to kill him, because he is a Harbi and the Harbi spreads corruption throughout the face of the earth.",

Umma versus de otrogna

Att dela in och rangordna människor efter deras religiösa tillhörighet har sitt ursprung i koranen och sunnan. Logiken är enkel, en muslim är alltid värd mer än en ickemuslim då muslimen till skillnad mot den otrogne behagar gud genom ett liv i islam."They are one community (umma) to the exclusion of all man" , "A believer shall no slay a believer for the sake of an unbeliever, nor shall he aid an unbeliever against a believer... Islam och den sekulära staten

Den fromme muslimen i Dar-al harb

Då muslimsk teologi förutsätter att muslimer alltid lever under sharian i en muslimsk stat har vägledningar utfärdats för hur de som lever i ickemuslimska länder skall förhålla sig till detta. I en av dessa pläderas för att muslimerna ska organisera sig med siktet inställt på att skapa en livskraftig muslimsk gemenskap baserad på islams principer. Man förordar vidare självald geografisk segregation genom skapande av områden med stor andel muslimer. Muslimerna ska bygga moskéer, islamiska center och egna muslimska skolor. Till varje pris ska de undvika att assimeleras. Dock bör de interagera med det övriga samhället i syfte att sprida islam (Dawa). If the infidels, upon receiving the call, neither consent to it nor agree to pay capitation tax, it is then incumbent on the Muslims to call upon God for assistence, and to make war upon them, because God is the assistant of those who serve Him, and the destroyer of His enemies, the infidels, and it is necessary to implore His aid upon every occasion; the Prophet, moreover, commands us to do". "The mushrikun (infidels) of Dar al-Harb are of two types: First those whom the call of Islam had reached, but they have refused it and have taken up arms. LILLA JIHAD - STORA JIHAD - samma strävan, samma mål, ett liv i enlighet med islam

Jihad an-nafs (jihad riktat mot sig själv) kan karakteriseras som en strävan efter att lära sig islams dogmer och att därefter leva och verka i enlighet med dem. Ett liv i enlighet med Allahs ord (koranen) och profeten Muhammeds exempel (hadith och sira). Strävan efter att "bli en bättre människa" behöver således i islam inte nödvändigtvis resultera i en god, kärleksfull och tolerant medmänniska. Snarare torde det vara tvärtom och i synnerhet då gentemot alla de som förnekar den ende guden, Allah och Muhammed hans profet. "Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'" (Sahih Bukhari 9:57)

"... .There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu'adh asked, "Who is this (man)?" Abu Muisa said, "He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism." Then Abu Muisa requested Mu'adh to sit down but Mu'adh said, "I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice. En av de mest inflytsrika samtida anliga ledarna inom islam, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, sammanfattar synen på apostasi från islam på följande vis;
"Muslims are to seriously resist individual apostasy before it seriously intensifies and develops into a collective one. That is why the Muslim jurists are unanimous that apostates must be punished, yet they differ as to determining the kind of punishment to be inflicted upon them. The majority of them, including the four main schools of jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi`i, and Hanbali) as well as the other four schools of jurisprudence (the four Shiite schools of Az-Zaidiyyah, Al-Ithna-`ashriyyah, Al-Ja`fariyyah, and Az-Zaheriyyah) agree that apostates must be executed."

o8.0 APOSTASY FROM ISLAM (RIDDA)
"(O. Leaving Islam is the ugliest form of unbelief (kufr) and the worst...."

08.1 "When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from islam, he deserves to be killed".

o8.2 "In such case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A:his representative) to ask him to repent and return from Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, if he refuses, he is immediately killed.".

Om apostaten inte befinner sig i den islamska statens våld och avrättning därmed inte är möjlig står det envar fritt att utan straffpåföljd döda denne. En apostat är således att betrakta som fredlös, om detta vittnar paragrafen härunder.

o8.4 "There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O. or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die)".

Givetvis kan man inte heller tillåta dennes hustru/man oavsett var denne tycker att förbli gift med avfällingen, därför...

The punishment for apostasy is prescribed for the protection of the religion and as a deterrent to anyone who is thinking of leaving Islaam. "The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." "The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: If one of you marries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask Thee for the good in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her; I take refuge in Thee from the evil in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2155)

THE WIFE´S MARITAL OBLIGATIONS

m5.1 It is obligatory for a woman to let her husband have sex with her immediately when:

(a) he ask her;

(b) at home (O:home meaning the place in which he is currently staying, even if being lent to him or rented);

(c) and she can physically endure it

THE HUSBAND´S RIGHTS

m5.4 A husband poessesses full right to enjoy his wife´s person (A: from the top of her head to the bottoms of her feet, though anal intercourse (dis.p75.20) is absolutely unlawful) in what does not physically harm her.

He is entitled to take her with him on travels.

Under sharialagar bör man som ickemuslimsk kvinna inte bli kär och vilja gifta sig med någon muslim, och som muslimsk kvinna definitivt inte tänka på giftermål med någon annan man än en muslim. I ett muslimskt samhälle är segregering baserad på religion ett grundläggande element.

m6.0 UNMARRIAGEBLE KIN
(MAHRAM)

m6.7 It is unlawful for a muslim man to marry:

(1) a Zoroastrian woman,

(2) an idol worshipper,

(3) an apostate from Islam (murtadd def:o8)

(4) or a woman with one parent who is Jewish or Christian, while the other is Zoroastrian.

(5) (N; It i not lawful or valid for a Muslim man to be married to any woman who is not either Muslim, Christian, or Jew; nor is it lawful or valid for a Muslim woman to be married to anyone besides a Muslim.)

PERMITTING THE WIFE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE

m10.3 (A. A husband may permit his wife to leave the house for a lesson in sacred Law, for invocation of Allah (dhikr), to see her female friends, or to go any place in town. A woman may not leave the city without her husband or a member of her unmarriageble kin (def:m6.2) accompanying her, unless the journey is obligatory, like the hajj. It is unlawful for her to travel otherwise, and unlawful for her husband to allow her to.)...

m.10.4 The husband may forbid his wife to leave the home (O:because of the hadith related by Bayhaqi that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peave) said,

"It is not permissable for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to allow someone into her husband´s house if he is opposed, or to go out if he is averse").

DEALING WITH A REBELLIOUS WIFE

m.10.12 When a husband notices signs of rebelliousness in his wife (nushuz, dis; p42) .... If she commits rebelliousness, he keeps from sleeping (O: and having sex with her) with her without words, and may hit her, but not in a way that injures her, ...

m13.0 CHILD CARE AND CUSTODY

... m13.2 The necessary conditions for a person to have custody of a child are:

(a) uprightness (def: o24.4) (O. a corrupt person may not be a guardian, because child care is a position of authority, and the corrupt are unqualified for it... If the corruptness of a child´s mother consists of her not performing the prayer (salat), she has no right to custody of the child, who might grow up to be like her, ending up in the same vile condition of not praying, for keeping another´s company has its effects);

(c) and if the childs mother is Muslim, it is a necessary condition that the person be a muslim (O: because it is a position of authority, and a non-Muslim were given charge of the custody and upbringing of the child, the child might aquire the caracter traits of unbelief (kufr)).

m13.3 (A: It is offensive to send one´s child to a day-care center run by non-Muslims. It is unlawful to send Muslim children to Christian schools, or those which is designedly atheist, though it is not unlawful to send them to public schools in which religion is not mentioned (N: in a way that threatens the students belief in Islam).)

m13.4 A woman has no right to custody (A: of her child in her previous marriage) when she remarries (O. because married life will occupy her with fulfilling the rights of her husband and prevent her from tending the child, ...

Kvinnans värde mätt i hennes status som vittne i domstol

"Allaah has commanded the testimony of two women so as to be sure that they remember, because the mind and memory of two women takes the place of the mind and memory of one man. Endast kvinnor i vittnesbåset räcker dock inte till hur många de än är, det krävs alltid minst ett manligt vittne när det gäller sådant som har med den manliga verksamhetssfären att göra. Alltså, ingen pojkvän, ingen flickvän före äktenskapet

"... it is not allowed in Islam to take a non-mahram person or persons of the opposite gender as a very close friend. Such friendship often leads to haram. In the Qur’an, Allah mentioned that good men and women are those who marry, do not have fornicating relationships and do not have "paramours" or Akhdan see An-Nisaa’: 25, Al-Ma'idah: 5). Varför muslimska kvinnor inte får gifta sig med ickemuslimska män

"The Arabic dictionaries define mut'a as 'enjoyment, pleasure, delight'. The root form, m-t: signifies, 'to carry away, to take away'. A 'marriage of mut'a' is a marriage which the contract stipulates will last for a fixed period of time. This 'marriage of mut'a' is referred to both in the hadith literature and, in much more detail, in the books on jurisprudence (fiqh)...." , " Mut'a is considered a kind of 'rental' because in general a man's basic aim in this kind of marriage is the sexual enjoyment of a woman, and in return for his enjoyment the woman receives a certain amount of money or property..." Hijab inte bara en modest klädsel

Ytterst handlar hijabbegreppet om att avskärma kvinnan från all kontakt med icketillåtna män. Helst skall hon inte lämna hemmet utan att eskorteras av en tillåten man (mahram). Givetvis bör hon inte förvärvsarbeta om kontakt med icketillåtna män inte kan undvikas. "According to both the Hanafi and Shafi'i Schools, the husband may prohibit his wife from leaving the house..." ( http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=11&ID=8638&CATE=121 ) och "... he has the right to prohibit her from any work that will lead her to a shortcoming in fulfilling his rights, is harmful to him, or requires that she leave the house...." Muhammeds liv - ett föredöme och exempel för den fromme muslimen (jfr sura 33:21)

Då Muhammed inte längre ville låta tåla att vissa poeter gjorde narr av hans profetskap lär han ha sagt ungefär så här "Kan ingen befria mig från den här Marwans dotter?" Då skall en av hans följeslagare Umayr ibn Adi ha gått till hennes hus samma natt och där funnit henne sovande intill sina barn. Den yngsta ett spädbarn låg i hennes armar. Men detta hindrade inte förövaren att mörda henne, ett dåd som profeten kommenterade " Du har gjort Allah och hans profet en stor tjänst, Umayr!" (Ibn Ishaq, pp. 675—76).

And don´t be too jolly !

"The whole issue of singing is controversial, whether it is with musical accompaniment or not." , "There are some conditions and terms that should be observed regarding listening to singing, as follows: 1. Not all sorts of singing are permissible. Rather, the permissible song should comply with the Islamic teachings and ethics. ... 2. Also, the way the song is performed weighs so much..." 3. Singing should not be accompanied with something that is prohibited such as alcohol, nakedness, mixing of men with women that is common in pubs and nightclubs, etc. 4. Islam has declared excessiveness as prohibited in everything. The same goes for excessiveness in leisure and recreation even though these things are permissible! ..." Sharia

Sharia - gudagiven evig och allomfattande

Euroislam och sharia´n

Islam versus kristendom

När man kritiserar islam brukar vän av ordningen alltid kontra med att kristendomen minsann inte är bättre den. Man kan fråga sig om jag som agnostiker alls skulle behöva gå i svaromål på detta. Det är ju dessutom ett i hög grad avkristnat och sekulariserat Sverige/Europa vi talar om, så frågan borde inte ha någon större betydelse idag, om det inte vore för att dylika påståenden tar bort uppmärksamheten från det verkliga problemet, islam. Men då det postkristna väst inte bara lider av en identiteskris med ett därtill utpräglat självförakt, utan också av en djupt förankrad kristofobi förefaller det finnas ett behov av att förklara varför vi bör vara mer rädda för islam än den kristna kyrkan. Den förra på kraftig tillväxt, full av tillförsikt och revanschlusta, den senare på stadig tillbakagång med en åtminstone inom de protestantiska kyrkorna långt gången värdeideologisk urholkning. Genom att ge citat från bibeln, koranen och haditherna samt framträdande religiösa auktoriteter kommer jag punktvis att åskådliggöra skillnader i synen på samhället och människan och deras relation till gud.

Kristendomens framväxt och expansion

Kristendomen verkade i underläge som en stundtals betryckt och förföljd religion i drygt 350 år. Efter kristendomens upphöjelse till statsreligion i det romerska riket under Theodosius I regeringstid (375-397 e.Kr) spred sig religionen främst sig genom fredlig mission. Med risk för det egna livet gav sig munkar ut för att predika i de hedniska områdena i norr. Det var också vanligt att hedniska hövdingar och kungar genom eget initiativ konverterade och därmed åtföljdes av sina undersåtar. Svärdsmission kan man egentligen bara tala om i Sachsen, Baltikum och Finland och mot det område som låg under de norska jarlarna i Trondheim. Notervärt är att det vare sig i bibeln eller jesu exempel finns någonting som kan anses legitimera svärdsmission.

Islams framväxt och expansion

Islam spreds allt sedan tiden i Medina fram till sent 1600-tal genom krig och erövringar. Jihad är enligt Islamsk lag en institution som förpliktigar. Ett sätt att sprida religionen tills islam dominerar världen. "Striden mot dem, tills det ej finns någon frestelse längre, utan all dyrkan ägnas Gud, men om de upphöra, så råda ej fiendeskap annat än mot de orättfärdiga". (sura 2:189) och "The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim. ...". (The Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law. s.603: o9.9)

Men korstågen då?

Det finns inget i bibeln som vare sig rättfärdigar eller legitimerar korstågen. Korstågen har sin historiska bakgrund i den byzantinska kejsaren Alexius Komnenus vädjan om hjälp mot de framträngande turkiska seldjukerna (muslimerna). Korstågen var egentligen ingenting annat än senkomna motoffensiver för att med vapenmakt återta till muslimerna förlorat territorium. Och då särskilt med siktet inställt på det för pilgrimmsvandringen så viktiga Jerusalem. (jfr Bernhard Lewis. Islam and the West. Oxford University Press. 1993. s.12f)
